Booking Confirmation
By booking onto the retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Non-Refundable Booking
All bookings are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed, we are unable to offer a refund, including cancellation, no-show, or change of plans.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the retreat. Unless a payment plan has been implemented and accepted by both parties.

Cancellation Policy
As mentioned, bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason, no part of the payment will be returned.

Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to a new date or receive a full refund.

Health and Safety
You agree to notify us of any health concerns, dietary restrictions, or special requirements prior to the retreat.

Liability
While every effort will be made to ensure your safety, by attending the retreat, you release the organizer from any liability for accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen events during the event.

Behavior
We ask that all attendees maintain a respectful and positive attitude towards others throughout the retreat. Any disruptive or harmful behavior may result in us asking you to leave the retreat with no refund.

Photography and Media
By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizer in advance.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time withnotification to participants.
